India’s first Behaviour Club was established by the Unicef in Chhattisgarh at Shaheed Mahendra Karma Vishwavidyalaya, Jagdalpur, Bastar on May 06, 2023.

What is Behaviour Club ?

Behaviour Club

  • Platform for motivated students of university who are committed in learning new behaviours to become advocate of change in society
  • An opportunity to dig deeper into behavioural insights of individual & community
  • Lab to understand Nudging Science
  • Carrying out social experiments to understand triggers for Behaviour change in society & community.

Objectives of Behaviour Club

  1.  To develop leadership capabilities in the students of the University
  2.  To provide a platform to young student’s about creating community awareness and  engagements about factors affecting behaviour change in community
  3.  To develop capacity of youth for social responsibility and awareness towards festivals, special religious days, art, culture, and community change
  4.  Apart from academic activities providing a forum for overall development of personality on important subjects such as gender equality, child protections, nutrition, and online security etc.
  5.  To promote innovation and research among youth through knowledge management behaviour insights, community experiences
