Bastar Innovation Mahakumbh 1.0, 2026
About
Innovation Mahakumbh 1.0 marks a landmark initiative jointly envisioned
by Shaheed Mahendra Karma Vishwavidyalaya (SMKV) and the
Swadeshi Bharat Abhiyan to cultivate a vibrant ecosystem of
creativity, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven solutions. Mahakumbh is designed as a
grand platform where students, teachers, innovators, startups, industry partners, and community stakeholders come
together to celebrate ideas that can shape a self-reliant and progressive India.
The event reflects SMKV’s commitment to nurturing an
innovation culture through its Incubation and Startup Foundation, while
aligning with the national movement to promote indigenous knowledge, sustainable development, and youth-led
entrepreneurship. Innovation Mahakumbh 1.0 aims to ignite curiosity, encourage experimentation,
and empower young minds to convert their ideas into meaningful real-world applications.
By bringing together all 56 affiliated colleges, the Mahakumbh seeks to create a
unified network of creative thinkers and problem-solvers. Through workshops, hands-on sessions,
idea-pitching platforms, expert talks, exhibitions, and interactive engagements, the event will inspire students and
teachers alike to explore new possibilities in science, technology, social innovation, environmental sustainability,
and rural development.
Innovation Mahakumbh 1.0 is not merely an event; it is a movement to empower
youth, strengthen creativity, and build a future where innovation becomes a way of life.
